Local attorney, funeral director, and community leader Booker T. Hogan, Jr. (BT2) passed away at the age of 86 on November 5, 2021. Hogan was the third generation to own and operate the 107 year old Hogan Funeral Home, which was designated as a historical landmark in 2007. He leaves behind a wife Ruby Brown McNeil Hogan, three children Catherine Hogan, Pamela Hogan, and Byron T. Hogan (BT3); step-son Roosevelt Brown, sisters, Mildred Hogan Lord (Earl) and Patricia Hogan Williams (Connie) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
A viewing is planned for Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the New Life Church of God,1990 FM 389, Brenham, TX at 9:00am-10:45am. His funeral service will follow at 11:00am.
