Funeral services for Mrs. Ellen “Maria” Allen of Washington, TX will be held on Saturday; January 28, 2012 at 01:00 p.m. in the Souls Chapel AME Church that is located at 13579 Whitman Rd, Brenham, TX. Mrs. Allen passed January 22, 2012.
Mrs. Allen leaves to morn her passing, and cherish her memories, twelve nieces: Grace Turner, Betty Saulter, Linda Green, Eva Osborne, Barbara Crawford, Doris Dirden, Joyce Osborne, Thelma Britton, Evelyn Stewart, Delouis Washington, Dorothy Morning, Letha Evans, Lenora Goodman, Pat Hawking, and Souponia Johnson, and eight nephews: Andrew Osborne, Micheal Osborne, James Osborne Jr., Ward Dillard Sr., Levi Rogers, Jr., Charles Dillard, Charles Rogers, Billy Washington as well as a host of great nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
