Funeral services for Mrs. Betty J. Wilson, age 84, who passed October, 30, 2014, will be held on Tuesday; November 4, 2014, at St. John AME Church that is located at 1012 East Main Street Brenham, TX, at 11:00 a.m.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her son; Andrew Scott of Brenham, her daughters; Alveda (Bobby) Palmer, Betty Wilson, and Sandra Miles of Brenham, and a sister; Carol Mayfield of Corpus Christi as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, a great great grandchild and many other relatives and family and church friends.
Mrs. Wilson was well known and respected in Washington County for her culinary skills and community service. Visitation will be allowed from 02:00 pm to 06:00 p.m. on 11/03/2014, at HOGAN FUNERAL HOME, and from 09:30 a.m. at the Church.
